In recent years,driven by the development of e-commerce,the domestic express delivery industry has developed rapidly.The degree of social attention has also soared.Competition in the industry has become increasingly fierce,and employees have become the core of competition.According to the current status of the express delivery personnel at the grassroots level,couriers are generally faced with problems,such as high work intensity,fewer breaks,high fines,low income,lack of insurance,lack of labor contracts,and lack of respect.However,the mobility and instability of courier employees have always been the most prominent issue in the express delivery industry.Previous studies have shown that the high turnover rate of employees in enterprises often has the most direct relationship with low job satisfaction.Therefore,only when enterprises understand the current status of employees' job satisfaction,study their influencing factors,take active and effective measures to strive to improve the employees'job satisfaction,can they retain talents well,make better use of talents,and make the base of long-term advantages in competition for enterprises.This article takes Hai'an County express companies as an example,through interviews and questionnaire surveys with grass-roots express delivery staff,as well as statistics and analysis of the relevant data of the questionnaires,to discover the major contributing factors affecting the express staff s job satisfaction,analyses the express staff's satisfaction and the extent to which employees influence the degree of job satisfaction have targeted suggestions for improving the satisfaction of grass-roots express delivery staff.The full text is divided into five sections:the first chapter is an introduction which outlines the research purpose,research significance,the basic framework,main content,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter is related to the theoretical basis and literature review—learning relevant theories of employee satisfaction and employee motivation,learning about domestic and foreign literature on employee satisfaction,and reviewing literature review of domestic and foreign employee satisfaction.The third chapter analyses the characteristics of express delivery companies in small cities and towns.This chapter describes the features of the express delivery industry,the characteristics of the small town express delivery companies,and the characteristics of the employees of small town express delivery companies.The fourth chapter is the survey of job satisfaction of employees in express delivery industry in Hai'an County.This chapter expounds the status quo and main problems of Hai'an Express Enterprise Development,and conducts research on the satisfaction of employees in the express delivery industry.It firstly selects the grassroots employees of the express delivery company to conduct interviews,design questionnaires,and conduct statistical and data analysis based on the results of the questionnaire survey.The fifth chapter is conclusions and recommendations.It includes a brief summary of the full text,strategic recommendations for the improvement of job satisfaction of employees in small town express delivery companies,targeted recommendations for state-owned express delivery companies,private express delivery companies and foreign express delivery companies respectively,and a brief outlook in the future of small town express delivery industry on the practice of employee satisfaction work.
