| China's supply and marketing cooperatives appeared before the founding of the People's Republic of China.with the growth of New China,it has gone through a long and tortuous road.In its heyday,it undertakes the role of vanguard and leader of rural cooperative economy,and undertakes the important task of doing a good job in "three rural" work and revitalizing rural economy.Since its establishment,the supply and marketing cooperatives have been adhering to the concept of serving agriculture,outstanding contribution to the force in improving farmers' quality of life and promote the development of agricultural production and other industries.Under the environment of market economy,the supply and marketing cooperatives have been over dependent on policies,which can not meet the requirements of the times.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out a drastic reform,play a role in the reform,fulfill the mission,and improve the system,create a new type of agricultural business service entity worthy of the party and government's trust.This article describes the contents of the background and significance of research and other research results at home and abroad,clarified deepen the comprehensive reform of the theory of supply and marketing cooperatives.Taking Yichun as an example,of progress in the reform work,such as the results obtained were summarized,profound analysis of existing problems and their causes,then,it puts forward five solutions: clarifying the cooperative economic organization attribute of supply and marketing cooperatives and the leading position of rural economy,effectively activating resources to resolve historical problems,new and accelerate the transformation of grassroots community,advancing the construction of service platforms,optimized solution to the external environment,the comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives in these five areas,to provide a theoretical basis and reference proposal for the reform of Yichun. |
