A Case Study On The Asset Disposal Of ZH Group

At present,the reform of state-owned enterprises(soes),the pillar of the national economy,has entered an unprecedented new stage in order to transform China's economy from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.With the reform of state-owned enterprises entering a new stage,the government requires state-owned enterprises to optimize the asset structure as soon as possible,eliminate "zombie enterprises" and realize the transformation from managed assets to managed capital.Therefore,to solve the problem of the asset structure of state-owned enterprises and revitalize them is of great concern to governments at all levels.It is also a problem that state-owned enterprises themselves still need to solve.In particular,some state-owned enterprises at the city and county level have not perfected their own enterprise system and have poor operating conditions,which result in the failure to realize their maximum value of operating assets.Therefore,they need to stimulate their vitality through reform.This paper mainly adopts case analysis method and analyzes the asset disposal method of ZH industrial co.,LTD.(hereinafter referred to as ZH group),a state-owned platform company of Dandong city.First of all,through the analysis of ZH group's operation status and assets status,the necessity of the group's disposal of assets;Secondly,the existing asset valuation method is used to evaluate the assets,and then the rapid realization coefficient is used to correct the valuation,so that the asset value is more in line with the psychological price of the market buyers.Thirdly,based on the situation of ZH group,the most suitable and effective disposal method is selected to improve the effect and efficiency of disposal.Finally,it analyzes the risks in the process of asset disposal of ZH group and puts forward specific preventive measures.It is hoped that through the case study of ZH group,the asset structure theory,asset appraisal theory and game theory can be applied to the asset disposal process of state-owned platform companies,so as to enrich the asset disposal theory of state-owned platform companies and develop the relevant theories in the disposal practice of state-owned platform companies.This paper comes from practice,which combines theory with practice analysis and ACTS on practice,which has certain guiding significance for practice.The case study of ZH group found that the mode of mixed ownership reform of state-owned platform companies by obtaining funds through asset disposal can be used for reference by other state-owned platform companies.
