China's tourism industry has developed rapidly and has become an important driving force supporting China's economic development.The domestic tourism industry is in the process of upgrading consumption.The leisure tourism market contains huge business opportunities,and tourism forms are gradually diversifying and multi-level.In the increasingly fierce competition of domestic tourist destinations,it is particularly important to develop complex products with distinctive characteristics,delicate and comfortable.Changbai Mountain is a famous scenic tourist area in China with rich natural resources.However,its tourism industry is a single tourism-based tourism industry that mainly develops natural landscape tourism resources.There is vicious competition and the development of humanistic tourism resources is obviously insufficient and cannot satisfy tourists.Due to fierce competition in the tourism market and inconvenient transportation,problems such as the low return rate of tourists in Changbai Mountain,the extreme seasonal characteristics of the tourism industry,and the difficulty of further development of the tourism industry have emerged.In order to enhance the brand awareness of Changbai Mountain Scenic Area,increase the competitiveness of Company L in the tourism market,adjust the local industrial structure,and promote the economic growth of"Changji Map" and even Jilin Province,we are now conducting strategic research on the development of Changbai Mountain tourism complex products.Based on the rich tourism resources of Changbai Mountain,combined with the diversified needs of domestic and international tourists for the tourism market,this article will draw on the typical cases of domestic and foreign tourism complex development,and conduct strategic research on the development of Changbai Mountain tourism complex products of Company L.This article fully draws on the existing domestic and foreign research results,based on a detailed analysis of the basic situation of the Changbai Mountain tourism complex,an analysis of the current status of the tourism industry,and the internal and external environment of L Company,using SWOT analysis to develop tourism for L Company in Changbai.Discuss the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the complex products.Based on the above analysis,we conclude the disadvantages of the existing tourism development model,such as the vicious competition in the tourism market,the inability of transportation infrastructure to meet the needs of tourists,the lack of distinctive features,and the extreme seasonal characteristics of the tourism industry.In view of the above drawbacks,this article proposes corresponding development strategies for resort towns,resort hotels,ski resorts,residential,water projects and various leisure and entertainment projects.In addition,this article conducts a forecasting study on the finance of Company L,explores the expected benefits of the above-mentioned development strategies,explains the marketing and display methods of the network platform,and explores the company's management and operation models.After scientific demonstration and analysis,this article puts forward the following suggestions for company L to develop tourism complex products in the Changbai Mountain area:First,it is necessary to provide tourists with dynamic and complete services,build distinctive restaurants and shops,and irregularly in resort towns.To host special performances and events;secondly,to build a warm and leisure resort hotel with rich entertainment and dining facilities and large conferences;develop ski resorts,establish international ski schools,and use the geographical advantages of Changbai Mountain to develop terrain parks and ski resorts Related special services;in addition to ski facilities,you can also carry out a wealth of water entertainment projects.In addition,this article draws on the development experience of the tourism complex and the actual situation to propose a development strategy for staged development.Choosing an online platform as the main marketing and display method,with TV advertisements and promotional videos as auxiliary propaganda,and adopting various and innovative online propaganda channels to make full use of the new media's dissemination among young people.In the daily operation and management,strengthen the public service quality of tourist resorts,increase intelligent services,speed up the transportation construction near Changbai Mountain tourist resorts,strengthen the working quality and service level of managers and service personnel,and focus on protecting and maintaining the ecological environment and Changbai Mountain.Natural resources.To sum up,the development strategy proposed in this article is of great significance to improve the market competitiveness of Company L and local economic development.
