Research On The Construction Of Smart City In Wenzhou

With the progress of urbanization,various urban problems have emerged one after another.Many city managers look forward to solving the problems through the construction of "smart cities".Smart cities have also played a very good role in the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia this year.As the direction of future urban development,cities have been constructed on a global scale.However,affected by local politics,economy,culture and other factors,the construction of smart cities in different countries and cities has different characteristics in terms of models and results.In keeping with the trend of the times,Wenzhou City has successively issued a number of documents since 2013 to promote the construction of smart cities.In the 2015 overall construction plan,various aspects of infrastructure,government affairs,transportation,medical care,industry,urban management,etc.As of 2020,the construction of a smart city in Wenzhou has been basically completed.However,some problems have been reflected in the construction of Wenzhou's smart city,which needs to be adjusted in the follow-up construction.This article first USES the literature research of wisdom city policy,concept and basic theory of carding and clear,take the specific case of wenzhou,through the questionnaire and on-the-spot interview investigation and collecting materials,wisdom in wenzhou city construction phase of the background,framework,the present situation,such as retrospective investigation and analysis,found in wenzhou city infrastructure construction progress faster wisdom,social governance capacity is strengthened,civil construction of public service platform,e-government service level increase obviously,the industrial economy to obtain rapid development.But there are insufficient resources integration,lack of professional talents,construction mode,wisdom,conservative applications cover shortfalls,information data leakage problems,to analyze the reasons of information resource integration degree is not high,the city residents' participation motivation insufficiency,the local government role positioning is not clear,the management mode of innovation ability is weak,the data security protection construction etc.Finally,five countermeasures are put forward to promote the construction of wenzhou smart city: based on the actual urban needs,pay attention to the integration of information resources;To introduce and cultivate talents to solve the shortage of talents;Change the traditional thinking of the government and try to innovate the mode;Adhere to demand guidance and promote smart application;We will establish and improve management mechanisms and strengthen the rule of law in information security.It is expected that this paper can provide help for the follow-up construction of wenzhou smart city.
