In 2012,the Chinese central Bank allowed bank deposit interest rate to float 10%for the first time,which marked the formal entry stage of interest rate marketization reform.With the rapid pace of reform,because of the limited assets,the low risk management level and the lack of scientific and technological innovation ability,the vast number of small and medium-sized financial institutions in rural areas are facing great pressure and severe challenges.Among them,as the pilot of rural credit cooperatives in the south of Jiangsu rural Commercial Bank,after experiencing the rapid development of the golden decade,facing the new economic situation and market environment,business development also encountered bottlenecks.In order to break the shackles and achieve sustainable development,on the one hand,they speed up the process of listing to enhance the capital strength,on the other hand,actively explore the expansion of branch business scale,the implementation of these development strategies need advanced management to support,the rural Commercial Bank in southern Jiangsu management level put forward higher requirementsThis paper first introduces the development of the rural Commercial Bank of Jiangsu Province in recent years,and the influence of interest rate marketization.Then from the profitability,asset quality,income structure,business transformation and other aspects of the business performance of the rural Commercial Bank of Jiangsu comprehensive analysis,in contrast to find the gap problem.Then,using DEA Data Envelopment Analysis method,according to the purpose of the study,combined with the availability of the data of South of Jiangsu rural commercial bank and its own operating characteristics,the sample data of the unlisted Kunshan,Jiangnan,Taicang,Changshu,Wuxi and Wujiang in South of Jiangsu,which are unlisted in South of Jiangsu,is selected as the input index of the number of employees,capital stock and total deposits.The interest income,intermediate business income and other income of the bank are output indicators.Deap 2.1 software is used to measure the operating efficiency index of each rural Commercial bank,and a transverse longitudinal contrast analysis is made to summarize the deficiencies in the operation of the rural Commercial Bank in Sunan.On the basis of the above research,this paper gives some countermeasures to improve the operation performance and improve the efficiency of the rural Commercial Bank in Sunan,which provides some reference for the transformation and development of the rural Commercial bank in the middle Jiangsu and Subei.Analysis shows that from the financial point of view,with the increasing economic growth in southern Jiangsu,the performance of the rural Commercial Bank of Jiangsu province has been rising and growing,a small decline in 13 years or so.Among them,Jiangnan,Changshu rural Commercial Bank benefited from business scale,restructuring time factors,profitability,income structure and so on is undoubtedly the first echelon of Sunan,Wuxi,Zhangjiagang and other rural commercial banks.In addition,from the empirical research results,there are some differences in the operating efficiency of the rural commercial banks in South Jiangsu,and the rural Commercial banks in Jiangnan and Changshu are basically in the DEA effective state in terms of cost efficiency,allocation efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency.Compared with the advanced industry outside the province,there is a certain gap in Sunan.Through summarizing and analyzing,this paper holds that although the rural Commercial Bank of Jiangsu Province has higher performance and obvious development results,it is in the forefront of the rural commercial banking system,but it still has a big gap compared with the advanced city firm and the joint-stock bank,and there are obvious deficiencies.In the post-market conditions,in order to win the chance of survival and development,to achieve steady and sustainable growth,South Jiangsu rural Commercial Bank must be in the management,science and technology,innovation,talent,characteristics and so on to achieve breakthroughs.
