On The Development Of Agritainment Inxuzhou City

In modern society,the tourism mode of agritainment has become an important industrial development mode to improve farmers’ income after years of development.It makes full use of existing agricultural resources to improve productivity and plays an irreplaceable role in the process of rural diversified development.Although the construction of rural tourism project in Xuzhou has begun to take shape,but it is still in the initial stage of development.In the process of development,there are also a series of problems,such as serious homogenization,relatively lacking in cultural connotation,low level of management and service,weak branding as well as narrow marketing channel and so on.Which requires us to study the development of Xuzhou agritainment from the medium level of the development of local tourism industry.Therefore,the thesis research aims to find the common problems of the rural tourism development of Xuzhou,to find out the factors restricting its sustainable development,to put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of Xuzhou rural tourism development,and to provide reference for the other agritainment industry.The introduction of this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,the overview of the research at home and abroad,the research content and the innovation of this paper.The first chapter discusses the concept of agritainment and analyzes the typical cases of agritainment in developed countries,as well as the current development stage and types of agritainment in China.The second chapter introduces the foundation and current situation of the development of agritainment in Xuzhou city,as well as the favorable conditions,including policy support,geographical location and regional transportation,history and culture and natural resources.In addition,the problems existing in the development of xuzhou agritainment are analyzed as follows:weak overall planning,low utilization of humanity and natural resources,insufficient marketing efforts,low brand effect,single business model and serious homogenization of competition,the low service level of rural tourism industry,and weak management.The third chapter takes Guo Yuan agritainment in Paoche village as an example to study,including the general situation of development,SWOT analysis and the countermeasures for the development of Guo Yuan agritainment in paoche village.According to the overall development planning of Xuzhou,the fourth chapter puts forward the spatial pattern of "a circle and four epitaxial" of Xuzhou agritainment,it also points out that the products of Xuzhou agritainment need to be innovated,to build a rural tourism brand and seven available management mode countermeasures are mentioned.At last,we should pay attention to regulation to improve the service level and to develop ecological environment sustainably.
