The Investigation On Tourist Satisfaction Of Changsha Agritainment

As a new form of rural tourism, agritainment not only can meet urban residents’ needs of experience life, such as eating rice farmers, living in farm homes, drying farmers live and enjoying agritainment;but also can promote the improvement of farmers’income, solve the social and economic development of China’s rural problems,so it’s a very good development prospects. Although Changsha agritainment has developed rapidly in recent years, but there are also some problems. How to effectively solve these problems in order to promote sound and fast development of Changsha agritainment, thus to promote local economic prosperity and local farmers’ income, this has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article firstly researchs the situation of rural tourism at home and abroad, introduces the contents of agritainment,then analyses the situation, the advantages and problems of Changsha agritainment. Through the spot investigation, analyses the tourist satisfaction of Changsha agritainment, and then puts forward some countermeasures for improving the satisfaction of rural tourism in Changsha. This article uses the methods of literature research, on-the-spot investigation method and the normative analysis method,and considers there are some problems to be solved.Firstly, Changsha agritainment is in the stage of small-scale and low-grade, and the management is not standardized. Secondly, Changsha agritainment lacks of farm characteristics,and there is a serious product homogenization.Thirdly, there is a weak infrastructure and inadequate supporting facilities of Changsha agritainment. Fourthly, the propaganda is not enough, and the marketing channel is not smooth. Fifthly, the service quality is not high,and the mode of operation is single. To solve these problems, this article finally mades seven suggestions for improving the satisfaction of rural tourism in Changsha. Firstly, protecting the rural environment and price control ie the key factor for rural development. The second is expanding the scope of activities and increasing services in the farmhouse courtyard space. The third is enriching activities form on the basis of chess events. The fourth is adding to rooms basic supplies, such as toothpicks.The fifth is increasing telephone booking system and online Booking System for farmhouse. Sixthly, it is necessary to add to some etiquette training to farmhouse waiter. Finally, it is need to improve the environmental awareness,and strengthen environmental protection efforts.
