Research On The Transformation Of A Sub-branch Of China Construction Bank's Retail Business Under The Background Of Internet Finance

As an important part of China's traditional financial and economic development,the whole business system has been significantly changed under the influence of the development of the Internet economy at the present stage,especially the development of banking retail business has been more seriously affected.To guarantee the scientific nature of the development and construction of the retail business of the bank,it is necessary to achieve smooth transformation in the implementation of the existing retail business development and construction,laying a foundation for the improvement of the retail business development capacity.Under the influence of Internet finance,the A sub-branch of CCB studied in this paper has made A preliminary transformation for its own characteristics and existing problems,but there are still some problems.This paper analyzes the the transformation process of A sub-branch,the achievements of transformation,and the evaluation of customers and employees on the transformation effect,aiming to provide some ideas for the scientific development and construction of retail business of A sub-branch of CCB.The main conclusions and suggestions are as follows:Under the influence of Internet finance,the retail business of A sub-branch of CCB shows some problems,such as unbalanced business development,difficulty in effective growth of business scale,low user experience of intermediate business and insufficient customer segmentation.To solve these problems,A sub-branch has made a preliminary transformation in network construction,business development and management mode,and has also achieved some results.Through the investigation and analysis of customers and employees'evaluation of transformation results,the author finds that customers and employees have higher satisfaction with the transformation of hardware facilities of A sub-branch,but lower satisfaction with products,services,personnel training and other aspects.Based on the survey results and SWOT analysis of the transformation direction of A sub-branch,it is proposed that A sub-branch of CCB can make further transformation through vigorously tapping the potential of retail business,accelerating service and product innovation,and strengthening the mining and use of big data.Hope to study in this paper,to A sub-branch of CCB retail business development in the context of the Internet financial transformation for reference,promote the development of the whole bank retail business transformation is scientific.
