In today's entrepreneurial environment entrepreneurs hope to draw high-quality talents and incentive teams through reasonable equity design.The case of this paper is about a new education and training enterprise.It has been in business for 4 years and operates efficiently with a team size of about 25 people.The successful experience of the company is its unique equity design.The research methods of this paper include case study and interview study.In this study,the entry mechanism,adjustment mechanism,equity incentive and exit mechanism of equity design are analyzed in depth to explore the influencing factors of equity distribution in each stage.The main findings are as follows: 1)Case company is a human capital start-up enterprise,paying special attention to human value;2)Equity design runs through the whole process of the company's development.3)Equity design is a dynamic optimization process 4)The core of equity incentive mechanism lies in matching value return and value contribution.5)The withdrawal mode needs to take into account the interests of individuals and enterprises as a whole.This study has contributed to the development of equity design theory by integrating equity design mechanism of start-ups.On the other hand,it can provide some theoretical reference for the majority of entrepreneurs,promote entrepreneurs to better manage the company and team,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
