| This paper is supervised by the subject of Professor Li Xindan,the Science&Technology Department of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu High-Tech Investment Group Corporation,aimed to build a database for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are very important part of Chinese economic market.Building a database is helpful to understand the status of these companies,and can provide data support for relevant departments to formulate policies and financial practitioners to carry out company research.Data research is very important to construct a database.Therefore,it is necessary to find out “how to design a high-quality questionnaire”,which can support the followup research activities.In this paper,we discuss the issue of enterprise growth,so we read a large number of relevant documents to sort out the basis for growth stage dividing.And,we discuss the principles and contents that should be followed in the design of enterprise questionnaires.When we are designing a questionnaire,we need to design the structure and think what to put in the questionnaire.The structure of questionnaire includes designing process,layout and the expression of question.The content of questionnaire includes what data should be collected.In this paper,we focus on the questions.So we sort out the factors that influence the company’s growth from both internal and external aspects.we establish a framework to analyze small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.The framework provides ideas for company investigation,which is the biggest innovation in this paper.At the last,we focus on biomedical company,which is a special type of high-tech company,hoping to construct a database for biomedical companies first.Biomedical companies have long R&D cycle,high risk and high investment,so we select the R&D stage to divide the enterprise life cycle.Finally,we design a questionnaire to investigate the biomedical companies in Jiangsu Province. |
