After the reform and opening up, China’s economic growth of about2/3or moreis from the newly established small and medium-sized enterprises, which plays animportant role in promoting China’s economic development, expanding employmentchannels, to increase the export of foreign trade, promote scientific and technologicalinnovation etc.. The growth of small and medium-sized enterprises are manyentrepreneurs pursuit of the goal, but also the inevitable process of large enterprises.The difference of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprise, not only insize, but also reflect the different stages in the life cycle of enterprise. Generallyspeaking, large enterprises are mainly concentrated in the standardized management,small and medium-sized enterprises mainly concentrated in the start-up period ofenterprises. In the market economy in China, the small and medium-sized enterprisehas different degree reflects the growth cycle, enterprises which have the growthstage, should how to properly manage the enterprise growth stages, to make asustained and healthy growth of enterprises, has been plagued by many managers orentrepreneurs. Therefore, research on how to implement the existing small andmedium enterprises from the pioneering stage of a smooth transition to standardizedmanagement stage, thereby enhancing the greater contribution of SMEs to economicgrowth in China is a very practical significance and reference value.In this paper, from a new perspective--Based on enterprise life cyclemanagement point of view, to small and medium-sized enterprises a smooth transitionto standardized management stage, enterprise culture, entrepreneurial leadershipdevelopment strategy, organization structure, management training, organizationalcontrol several aspects of the internal management of the key factor model areanalyzed, at the same time try to complete details the key task of sustainable growthof the influence of enterprise transformation of enterprises in different stages of themodel, for the benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises can advance theunderstanding, prediction and solve these growth problems, and make the enterprises survive every growth stage.Taking C company as a case, according to the established model with diagnosisof the company growth life cycle, and analyzes the enterprise growth in its start-upstage converted to standardized management stage encountered. Finally on themanagement of key factors of transformation of C company, suggestions are given.
