| Employee turnover is a common problem in the process of enterprise development.The characteristics of employee turnover vary with different industries and enterprises.Employee turnover has a great impact on the development of enterprises.Therefore,for enterprises,how to attract excellent employees,arrange excellent employees and retain excellent employees has become the most important content of human resource management.With the continuous improvement of the degree of marketization of the financial industry,the entry of foreign banks and the growth of joint-stock commercial banks,the impact of e-commerce on traditional finance is increasing.In recent years,the banking industry is facing the problem of employee turnover.Therefore,for city commercial banks,it is still more talent competition.Since its establishment,Tongchuan branch of Chang’an bank has made the new generation of employees increasingly large through campus and social recruitment,and the post-80 s and post-90 s have become an important working force of enterprises.The resignation of the new generation of employees has become an urgent problem to be solved.This dissertation focuses on the turnover problem of the new generation employees of Tongchuan branch of Changan bank,analyzes the main reasons for the turnover intention of the new generation employees of Tongchuan branch of Chang’an bank,and puts forward the corresponding retention strategies of the new generation employees of Tongchuan branch of Changan bank.The research is mainly carried out in three aspects: firstly,the questionnaire of turnover intention of new generation employees of Tongchuan branch of Changan bank is designed,The questionnaire was distributed to the new generation employees of the whole bank through the network platform.Secondly,through the preliminary analysis of the questionnaire and its results,and then using SPSS to do correlation and regression analysis,the study showsthat salary,cooperation,learning and career development and organizational support are the main factors affecting employee turnover.Finally,this dissertation puts forward the retention policy for the new generation of employees in Tongchuan branch of Chang’an bank from four aspects: establishing a sound salary performance appraisal system,strengthening the cultivation of team cohesion,strengthening learning and career development planning,and strengthening organizational support ability.This study mainly uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to analyze the influencing factors of turnover intention of new generation employees in Tongchuan branch of Chang’an bank,evaluates and identifies the main influencing factors of turnover intention of new generation employees by using correlation and regression analysis,and then sums up the main reasons leading to the turnover intention of new generation employees,and aims at the existing reasons This dissertation puts forward the corresponding strategies,so as to provide guidance for the new generation of staff management of Tongchuan branch of Chang’an bank,and provides a reference for the human resource management of the whole city commercial banks. |
