Comprehensive Research On The Types Of Bulletins

Based on the Official Document Stylistics of communique from the Official website like the The Central People's Government of the People's Republic of China,the Xinhua News Agency and so on,this paper not only studies the origin and development of bulletin,but also carries out bulletin's attributes,definition,classification,linguistic features,logical structure,writing skills and the similar record types,by using different research methods such as historical method,theoretical analysis methods,comparative approach and case citation methods.Firstly,from a historical perspective,the paper discovered the prototype of the bulletin in the ancient Chinese official document Zhao and Bang and it is similar to the Announce and Notice in modern times Secondly,this paper reveals that communique with characteristics of information,authority,resolution,association and statistics.According to its characteristics,this paper defines bulletin as "the communique is applicable to communicate and inform the community of the important and authoritative matters decided by the conference or investigated statistics".Furthermore,the bulletin is divided into two categories: the conference bulletin and the statistical bulletin,taking the form and specific contents of the bulletin as the classification standard.At the same time,the similarities and differences between the Government Bulletin and the Communique are compared and analyzed.Finally,this paper analyzes the commonness of the bulletin in the head,the main body and the end of the edition according to the case,and summarizes the individuality of different types of communiques from the aspects of the language characteristics of the communiques and the logical structure of the text,so as to obtain the writing skills of different types of communiques,and attempts to formulate the corresponding writing template.
