The society is accelerating forward,and the level of social and economic development is also constantly improving.The people of the whole country are constantly pursuing high quality,high precision and high experience in communication service.China’s telecommunications industry is developing at a high speed in an all-round way.In particular,in recent years,the government leadership attaches great importance to and cordial care,and all scientific research personnel in the telecommunications industry have made unremitting efforts.Compared with the beginning of 2008,the market situation of China’s telecommunications industry has undergone tremendous changes,which can be described as earth shaking.It is worth noting that in the development of these telecommunication markets,the whole industry has constantly realized diversified needs and development at the request of the government,such as the comprehensive implementation of speed-up and fee reduction,the rigid requirements of real name system and other government policy changes.The state has gradually explored the privatization of the telecommunications market,the establishment of tower companies,5g listing,etc Competition is also intensifying.This paper holds that under the political background that the leaders at all levels of the government constantly put forward the development of 5g,the development of signal carrying network transfer and the increase of speed and cost,the growth space of profit and income of ordinary customers,that is,the so-called public market of telecom enterprises,is further compressed,and the overall development and expansion has formed a huge resistance.At this time,the government enterprise market has become the search of telecom enterprises The latest and most important position of income increment.However,with the changes of the times,the needs of government and enterprise customers are more and more,and the needs for communication products and various products such as smart city,smart medical care,and smart office are growing.Telecom enterprises also need to invest more andmore on government customers,and their ideas also need to turn 180 degrees from the traditional business such as telephone,mobile phone card and broadband At this stage,the government and enterprise customers must improve the current stage of customer marketing forms,adjust marketing ideas and methods.This paper takes TYLT as the research target,takes the reform of China’s lt mixed ownership as an opportunity,integrates the transformation type of enterprise’s Internet,combines theory with practice,systematically uses 4Rs theory,SWOT analysis and other methods to carry out a detailed research on the government enterprise customer marketing strategy.First of all,this paper describes,summarizes and summarizes the marketing theory and worldwide related knowledge,and then studies the current situation of TYLT’s government enterprise customer marketing,and finds that there are several problems in TYLT’s government enterprise customer marketing,such as low market share,insufficient utilization of network data,and marketing policy After that,relying on the SWOT analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself are sorted out in detail,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced by the outside.Then,it studies the effect of mixed ownership reform and transformation type on LT company’s government enterprise customer marketing.Finally,according to the above system research and the actual situation of the enterprise itself,through the 4Rs theory to determine the government enterprise customer relationship marketing of TYLT company,there are marketing measures such as timely response and relevant protection measures.From the perspective of strategy and development,this paper analyzes the marketing strategies that enterprises need to use in the current LT market and competition,covering the fields of government and enterprise customer sales Internet,customer relationship improvement,customer response enhancement,and organizational system change.In order to rely on the above research,the competition level of TYLT in the market can be systematically improved,and the market share can be further improved.
