This is an era of change and transformation: The traditional enterprises are faced with unprecedented challenges: enterprise ef ficiency decline, loss of custom ers, poor access of channel, and product lacking of markets. In contrast, some of the emerging Internet companies such as Alibaba, Xiaom i technology, have m ade high rapid development.With the rapid developm ent of the Inte rnet and the era of globalization, the competitive environment has under gone significant changes: the traditio nal Competition relied on "resource plays", gradually substituted for "customer-centric” internet model, so the method of strategic analysis needs to be adjusted.The paper takes Xiaom i Technology Beijing Co., Ltd’ s growth as a case stud y, through the use of strategic m anagement theory and internet thinking to carry on the research of Xiaomi technology case.Internet thinking is th e strategic practice of Internet companies, it is with some innovation. The current rapid development of the Chinese econom y still depends on the new economy of the Intern et to change people’s way of l ife. Now the traditional enterprises are exploring how to transform to inte rnet companies, and the internet companies are penetrating traditional enterprises to expand their new businesses. This paper has certain signif icance for the traditio nal enterprise who wants to learn from internet enterprise.
