Study On Coupling Coordinated Development Of Tourism Industry And Regional Economy In Sichuan Province Under The Background Of Comprehensive Tourism

The relationship between tourism and regional economy has always been a hot issue in tourism.The direct economic benefits and indirect industry linkage effects brought by the development of the tourism industry have a promoting effect on the growth of the regional economy.The higher level of regional economic development provides sufficient financial support and a stable social environment for the development of tourism.The two interact and support each other.During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,the development of China's tourism industry has entered a new stage,and global tourism has become the overall development strategy of that period.At the same time,during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,Sichuan Province clearly proposed the use of a new model of global tourism development to develop tourism into an important force for promoting regional consumption,driving related investments and promoting regional economic development,and issued a series of policies to promote the tourism economy Strong province construction.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry and the high-quality development of the regional economy in Sichuan Province,this paper combines Sichuan's new tourism background and takes Sichuan Province as the research object to study and discuss the coordination between the tourism industry and the regional economy.The article is guided by the theory of coupling coordination theory,system theory and regional economy,and uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative research.First,the basic data is used to qualitatively analyze the development status of Sichuan tourism industry and regional economy and the relationship between them.Then,the coupling coordination model was built to measure the two systems,and analyzed from two angles of time and space.Finally,it discusses the coordinated development strategy of the two systems in the context of comprehensive tourism.The results show that:(1)In terms of time series,the interaction between the tourism industry and the regional economy in Sichuan Province has been continuously enhanced from 2006 to 2018,and the two systems have undergone a coordinated development process from disorder to order.The level of coupling coordination has developed from a serious imbalance in 2006 to a stage of good coordination in 2018.Nevertheless,it has not yet reached the stage of high-quality coordination,indicating that the development of the two systems in Sichuan needs to be improved.Before 2008,the development of the tourism industry was faster than the development of the regional economy;and after 2008,the development of the tourism industry lags behind the development of the regional economy.(2)In terms of spatial differences,the areas with high coupling coordination levels of the two systems are Chengdu and Leshan.The areas with low coupling coordination are mainly located in Zigong,Neijiang in the South Sichuan Economic Zone,Ganzi and Aba in the Northwest Sichuan Economic Zone State.Among them,the level of Chengdu's coupling coordination has always been the highest level in each city and state during the same period.From 2006 to 2018,the cities with the rapid increase in the level of coupling and coordination are Guangyuan,Panzhihua,Guang'an,Ya'an and Nanchong.The increase in the level of coupling and coordination of Zigong,Neijiang,Mianyang and Ziyang is relatively small.According to the difference between the comprehensive development value and coupling coordination value of the two systems,the different regions are divided into four types: interactive development coordination type,interactive development tourism promotion type,interactive development economic support type and interactive development poor type Finally,based on the above research conclusions,combined with the background of the times and relevant local policies,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of Sichuan tourism industry and regional economy,with a view to promoting the two systems to develop in a more orderly and coordinated direction.
