Installation and maintenance service refers to the whole process of installation and maintenance after customers apply for the fixed network service of telecommunication enterprises.It is an important part of the production of telecommunication enterprises.Improving the installation and maintenance service capability of telecommunication enterprises will enhance the loyalty of users to enterprises and products.As the communication industry has entered the era of 3G and 4G full-service operation,the difference between products and business packages has become smaller.After the number-carrying and network-switching services are opened nationwide,the competition among operators has become more intense.In 2019,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a 5G commercial license.Mobile communications officially entered the 5G era.5G has the characteristics of high-speed bandwidth.Foreign telecommunications companies have studied cases of using mobile broadband to replace fixed-line broadband,and the two have become mutually substitutable services.With the progress of the times,the proportion of service industry in the country's GDP is getting higher and higher,consumers' perception of service is getting stronger and stronger,and the quality of service is also an important reference indicator for purchasing products.Therefore,how to adopt competitive strategies and implementation paths to enhance the competitiveness of installation and maintenance services,win the trust of customers,and enhance customer loyalty in the fixed network business of telecommunications companies under the conditions of communication technology progress.This article takes NY telecom companies as an example,through the combination of theory and practice research methods,to study how to improve the installation and maintenance service capabilities under the situation of communication technology progress and changes in the competitive environment.Through Michael Porter's differentiated competition theory in the three major competitions,through the actual installation and maintenance data and service cases of telecom companies,the status quo and existing problems of NY telecom companies' installation and maintenance services are analyzed,and how to improve the installation and maintenance services through differentiated competition strategies and specific implementation paths is proposed.Competitiveness,analyze NY telecom companies in The research results are obtained from the market research before and after the application of the strategy and implementation path and the changes of its own installation and maintenance index data.The purpose of this research is to promote the competitiveness of NY telecom companies in installation and maintenance services,enhance customer loyalty,form a good reputation and develop new customers,and promote NY telecom companies to maintain competitiveness in the era of white-hot competitive pressure and communication technology progress.The competition strategy and implementation path obtained from the research can provide customers with a higher level of service,so as to achieve the goal of improving customer satisfaction and realizing the common growth of the value of enterprises and customers.
