| China’s economy is in an important period of transformation and upgrading in 2019.After years of rapid development,China’s economic growth has begun to slow down.Optimizing the economic structure and improving the quality of economic development has been promoted to a certain height,especially in the current international environment of Sino-US trade frictions,the country ’ s vigorous development of industries and multi-industry,multi-city initiatives have become the core direction of the top-level design.In this economic situation,although the real estate market is facing intensive regulation,it still presents the phenomenon of rising in the fluctuation.On the one hand,development enterprises should maintain the rising industry scale;On the other hand,the operation and capital requirements for developers are very strict and demanding.In order to ensure the normal and rapid operation of projects and funds,many developers,such as Country garden,Evergrande and New city,choose to sink to the fourth and fifth tier cities with slightly looser policies.However,due to the limitations of population and economy,most developers choose a high turnover model to ensure rapid turnover of projects and funds.This article takes the development case of the high turnover model of the Yangzhong project of Xincheng Real Estate as the main line,and uses relevant theories to conduct a project marketing strategy research on the Yangzhong project,to provide the project with practice,market analysis and strategy improvement suggestions.First,a brief description of relevant marketing theories and strategies will provide a theoretical basis for Yangzhong project marketing research.Second,analyze the project status and marketing strategy of Yangzhong project under the high turnover mode.Analyze the influencing factors of marketing from external macro and micro environments,and then conduct micro analysis with questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis,STP and other methods,ummarize and analyze the pros and cons brought to the project under the high turnover model.Third,according to the actual situation of the Yangzhong project,carry out precise positioning of the project market and customer groups,formulate corresponding marketing strategies and implementation guarantee mechanisms.In order to provide reference experience for similar projects of the company and peers. |
