Attracting investment and improving regional business environment have always been the focus of attention of local governments.At present,local economic development is inseparable from investment promotion.Based on the reports of several provincial governments,all provinces are focusing on industrial development,building and improving investment promotion,strengthening and innovating investment promotion measures.All along,preferential policies are the magic weapon for local governments to attract investment.In order to introduce enterprises,some regions have racked their brains for specific enterprises,and created various preferential measures in tax,land and other aspects-collecting before returning,listing and listing,financial rewards or subsidies,reducing land transfer "tax depression" to creating "service highland" and "environment highland".Linyi City,Shandong Province,does not have the advantages of location,talents,supporting facilities and environmental policies in the first and second tier cities,so it can only compete for services and business environment in the investment attraction,especially based on how Linyi city can improve the "soft environment" to explore the way out of investment attraction in the future.Based on years of working experience in Linyi Economic and Technological Development Zone,the author analyzes the actual situation of the business environment in Linyi.This paper mainly studies the business environment promotion strategy of the national economic and Technological Development Zone of Linyi.This paper
