In recent years,small restaurants with little investment and low threshold are favored by consumers by virtue of their delicious taste and low prices.With the continuous expansion of market scale,they have become an important way for some people to start their own businesses and find jobs.The rapid increase in the number of small restaurants in recent years has led to the rapid development of the catering industry in the whole region,providing consumers with more affordable and delicious catering options.But due to the small cafe operator’s cultural level is generally low,legal consciousness,personal moral quality is not high reason frequently was exposed,the security problem of small restaurants,operators take advantage of information,the information asymmetry between consumers and,seek improper interests for their own small restaurants,serious harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.Therefore,the supervision of small food restaurants is very necessary,but due to various reasons,leading to the current small food restaurant supervision is not in place,small food safety problems continue to prohibit,the optimization of small food restaurant supervision is imperative for the supervision department.Optimization of small cafe regulation,not only can reduce the workload of primary market regulatory oversight,improve the work efficiency,more important is to improve the operating environment of the small cafe at present,for the majority of consumers to create a good dining environment,enhance consumer satisfaction of small food and beverage industry and the credibility of market regulators.This paper takes the small restaurants and their supervision in Cangnan County as the research object to explore the optimization of supervision measures for small restaurants in Cangnan County.This paper first introduces the status quo of small restaurants and market supervision departments in Cangnan County,and then describes the current cangnan county market supervision department of small restaurants has taken regulatory measures and small restaurants supervision achievements.Then it enumerates the problems existing in the supervision of small restaurants in three aspects: one is the problems existing in small restaurants or their operators;Second,problems existing in the supervision process;Third,problems in social supervision.These three problems basically cover all the existing problems of small restaurants and their supervision in Cangnan County,and the optimization of supervision measures is also proposed to address these problems.Then the existing problems were analyzed and discussed one by one to find out the causes of the problems,which provided the basis for the next proposed optimal regulatory measures.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons,put forward targeted measures to optimize the supervision,such as strengthening publicity and education,strengthening the supervision during and after the event.At the same time put forward to solve the problem of the asymmetric information the consumer and businessman,consumer reporting trival takes a long time,also is the innovation of this paper and why it’s unique: the author through a holistic analysis of the problems of three aspects put forward a solution,is to produce a can realize three aspects of information sharing and feedback regulation of small procedures,named after the "joint control APP" in the body.This small program is a good way to solve the problem of small restaurants parameter information disclosure,supervision of the public,consumers problem feedback problems and other problems of the current small restaurants.By analyzing the problems existing in small catering shops in Cangnan County and proposing targeted solutions,the supervision efficiency of small catering shops in CangnanCounty can be continuously improved,and a safe small dining environment can be better created for consumers.Meanwhile,the theoretical basis of supervision and law enforcement of small catering shops at the grassroots level can also be improved.
