In the era of the knowledge economy,how to improve the knowledge workers performance has become more and more important.The core human capital of knowledge workers is knowledge.Traditional management methods cannot effectively manage human capital with the core of knowledge.There is an increasing demand for better methods of managing knowledge workers and thereby improving the knowledge workers performance.Previous studies have found that new leadership styles,such as empowering leadership,can improve the knowledge workers performance,but the mechanism of this process has not been identified by academics.In the process of knowledge management for knowledge workers,knowledge sharing has always been a topic research field that many scholars pay attention to.Based on this background,this paper first studies the positive impact of empowering leadership on the knowledge workers performance based on social exchange theory.Based on the information processing theory,this paper discusses the positive impact of empowering leadership on knowledge sharing of knowledge workers.Based on the IPO model,the knowledge sharing of knowledge workers is used as the mediator to discuss the impact of empowering leadership on the knowledge workers performance.At the same time,given many scholars' research findings,organizational factors are added in the discussion of leadership-employee behavior:organizational culture is used as the moderator to study the influence of empowering leadership on knowledge sharing,and thus build the theoretical model of this paper.After selecting mature measurement scales at home and abroad,collecting data through questionnaire surveys,and then using SPSS 20.0 to perform reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the sample data to verify the theoretical model and theoretical hypothesis of this paper.And some theoretical conclusions and management implications are drawn.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Empowering leadership has a positive impact on knowledge workers performance;(2)Empoweringleadership has a positive impact on knowledge sharing of knowledge workers;(3)Knowledge sharing of knowledge workers has a positive impact on knowledge workers performance;(4)Knowledge sharing of knowledge workers plays a mediator role in the relationship between empowering leadership and knowledge workers performance;(5)In the relationship between empowering leadership and knowledge sharing of knowledge workers,different organizational cultures play different moderator roles.
