The high speed development of technology and utilization of the information technology has symbolized the arrival and formation of the knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the crucial resources of the economy growth, the social development as well as the enterprise growth. Manages expert Peter ? Drunker once said "at present, the genuine controllability resources and determining factor is not capital or land or labor force, but knowledge".The modern industry enterprise's strategy emphasis has gradually changed from production and marketing to the new product development. Whether the new product developments succeed or not relates to the enterprise survival and development. Facing the challenge of knowledge economy, what the enterprise faces is no longer the pure financial capital or the material resource competition, but how to gain and use knowledge resources effectively to enhance the product innovation ability. The enterprise only have to grasp the time characteristic, weed through the old and bring forth the new product so as to enhance the enterprise core competitive ability, win its market competition. Therefore, how to guarantee the new product development effectiveness and successful by implementing knowledge management becomes an extremely important and the reality research topic.Knowledge sharing is an important method and the core content of the knowledge management. The urgent problem in the process of product innovation is how to organize the enterprise's knowledge resources effectively, establish good sharing culture, and then promote the knowledge shift and sharing in the organization and between organizations, enhance the enterprise's strain capacity and product innovation capability.At first, the development of knowledge management and knowledge sharing is introduced; the development and application of knowledge sharing are summarized. Secondly, the paper classifies knowledge in product innovation from two angles: the knowledge shape and relevance with the product. Through analyzing each kind of knowledge, find out the corresponding relations between them and knowledge classified by traditional ways, obtain the characteristic of each kind of knowledge. Then the paper makes an analysis about influence factors in knowledge sharing of product innovation. It is mainly analyzed from four aspects: the environmental factor, the organizational factor, the knowledge characteristic and individual factor. Finally, realization ways of knowledge sharing in product innovation are pointed out. It is mainly from building knowledge sharing culture, constructing knowledge sharing organization institutional framework, and designing knowledge sharing drive system faced the product innovation.
