Knowledge management,born in the torrent of knowledge economy,is the planning and management of knowledge,knowledge creation process and the application of knowledge.Knowledge management as the practice of human-centered management thinking is highly respected by major researchers.In order to cope with the fierce market competition,the mobility of staff,the uncertainty of business operations and the requirements of economic globalization,knowledge management has become an indispensable management method.As the main means of knowledge management,knowledge sharing is very important,and knowledge sharing involves many aspects such as organizations,individuals,and carriers.Based on human instincts,individuals have evasive and resisting emotions to help others at the expense of self-worth.Knowledge sharing,as an exchange activity,Compensation for the sharers is a long-term plan which based on social exchange theory According to the existing literature,it is concluded that leadership style has an influence on employee behavior,and authorized leadership has a positive influence on tacit knowledge sharing.However,there is a certain amount of research space in the process of empowering leadership influence on employees knowledge sharing behavior.As a result,knowledge-sharing behavior can be promoted more effectively.This paper aims at research issues,reads and combs the literature and journals on topics such as empowering leadership,knowledge sharing behavior,perceived organizational support,and emotions,and derives research hypotheses based on theoretical and practical foundations.Based on the self-cognition perspective of employees,in the mechanism of the influence of empowering leadership on employee knowledge sharing behavior,the perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role,and the emotional state plays a regulating role Then empirical research was conducted,using a mature questionnaire scale to investigate,collecting 486 valid questionnaires,using gender,education background,and working years demographic variables as control variables,using SPSS25.0 and Amos24.0 software for reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify hypotheses.The results of the study found that empowering leadership has a positive effect on employees 'knowledge-sharing behavior by acting on perceived organizational support.Employee's positive emotions play a positive regulating role in the process of empowering leadership's influence on knowledge sharing behavior.Negative emotions play a reverse regulating role.All dimensions of empowering leadership have a positive impact on perceived organizational support and knowledge sharing behavior,and perceived organizational support and various dimensions have a positive impact on knowledge sharing behavior.This concludes the management revelation:enterprise managers should enhance the perceived organizational support while using empowering leadership,and should also pay attention to employees' emotion regulation and emotion management,so that employees have the ability to be allowed and willing to share knowledge.At the end,it summarizes the limitations of this study and looks forward to future research directions.
