In the reform gradually into the deep water area, the economic development into the new norm of the new reform journey, there’s no doubt about that, local investment and financing platform will usher in the transition of development strategy, development mode innovation and management form multiple new reform crucial development period, transformation of human resource management is also included, and has also become the proper meaning of further deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, to tackle tough.The Zhuzhou LS company human resources management reform, as the research object, that transformation of the key factors for the success of enterprises is human resources and facing the risk of various human resources in the enterprise transformation process, therefore, the enterprises must attach great importance to transformation process in the human resource management problem of the management of change, a comprehensive analysis of enterprise strategic transformation facing internal and external environment and their own advantages and disadvantages compared with competitors, clearly put forward strategic transformation tasks and requirements of the enterprise human resources management transformation, to develop good human resource management change in the overall program. At the same time, the enterprise must also be aimed at the different stages of the human resource management reform, the implementation of different strategies.This article mainly includes six parts. The first part mainly discusses and analyzes the background and current situation of the research, and puts forward the main content, ideas and technical route of the research. The second part mainly describes the basic connotation of human resource management and the typical model, the development trend of human resource management, human resource management and enterprise strategy, enterprise competitive advantage, organizational environment, etc., to lay a theoretical foundation for this study. The third part briefly introduces the development status and organization structure of LS company in Zhuzhou, the main problems of human resource management and the internal and external environment of the company’s strategic transformation. In the fourth part, the paper makes a detailed analysis on the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of human resource management in the company based on SWOT model, and puts forward the overall plan of the company’s human resources management reform in the context of strategic transformation, including the requirements, objectives, ideas, key and content. In the fifth part, the implementation steps of the human resource management reform in Zhuzhou LS company during the preparation stage, the reform implementation stage and the reform and consolidation stage are proposed. The sixth part of this paper is summarized, the paper puts forward the problem of this study and the preliminary idea of the future research. |
