Human Resource Management in the 1980 s faced with a major change, which has entered a golden era of strategic human resource management. For the present, whether we admit it or not, we have entered the age of the Internet, the Internet has changed the way people work and live, but also changing the current business environment, it is inevitable, strategic human resource management is facing new challenges. In such a context, this paper gives an example for KESHENG Breeding Center, to analyze its problems deeply:Overall, the company human resources are in a low efficiency, and not good service to the company strategy, also, not good to achieve the company’s value creation. The reasons are: first, the human resources managements have no strategic concepts, the targets are not clear, which are in a basic working stage. This leads to human resource management cannot be good for the company value creation; second, lacking strategic human resource management systems and mechanisms, and the systems are not perfect, which lead to the company’s management in a disorderly state, so human resources management efficiency is low; third, lacking human resources management platform and means, resulting in the management work is not smooth, even can not be carried out, which are human resource management another important reason; fourth, strategic human resource management systems are obsolete, unable to adapt to the new business environment; the fifth, strategic human resource management is in dislocation, not to grasp the key.Therefore, the company should highlight the strategic human resources management, and construct the strategic human resource management system of the real business requirements..This paper is divided into five chapters: The first chapter discusses the research background, significance, research methods, and research status; the second chapter describes the theory of strategic human resource management; third chapter focuses on the breeding center KESHENG human Resource Management; The fourth chapter proposes the optimization of strategic human resource management basing on the current situation of human resource management scheme; the fifth chapter is about the operating mechanism for strategic human resource management.
