Research On Private Enterprises Participation In Targeted Poverty

For a long time,poverty has always been a major issue faced by countries in the world in the process of development.In recent years,the party and the government have attached great importance to poverty alleviation.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the "three major battles" were put forward,including precise poverty alleviation;in 2018,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy,which put forward clear time requirements for the comprehensive poverty alleviation work.After many years of exploration and practice,a poverty alleviation road with Chinese characteristics,which is led by the government and participated by multiple subjects,relies on industrial poverty alleviation and vigorously develops social economy in rural areas,has achieved full results.The international community has also highly recognized and praised China’s achievements in poverty alleviation.In the new era,with the deepening of poverty alleviation work,the problems and difficulties are facing new changes,such as the large number of poor population,high concentration in poor areas,and complex causes of poverty,which make it difficult to achieve the desired effect.In this context,it is urgent to strengthen the research on poverty alleviation,so as to provide more scientific and effective guidance for poverty alleviation in the new period.As an important force of social poverty alleviation,private enterprises’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation mode,difficulties and optimization path has high research value,and has a profound impact on promoting the development of poverty alleviation work to a deeper level.This study selects Evergrande group’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation as a case study.From the perspective of corporate social responsibility,using the methods of literature,interview and observation,this paper analyzes the mechanism of Hengda Group’s participation in targeted poverty alleviation,summarizes the achievements and experiences of precision poverty alleviation,and objectively analyzes the difficulties faced by precision poverty alleviation.Finally,based on the actual situation of Bijie City and Evergrande group in Guizhou Province,this paper proposes some suggestions The optimization path for private enterprises to participate in targeted poverty alleviation work.This study has a certain reference role for enriching and improving the participation subjects of targeted poverty alleviation,giving full play to the role of private enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation,and improving the effectiveness of private enterprises’ participation in targeted poverty alleviation.At the same time,it can also provide support and guarantee for China to win the "poverty alleviation battle" in an all-round way.
