| This project was prompted by the rise of unethical decisions made in corporate America in the 21st century. The research on ethics decisions begins with a literature review and concludes with ethical toolbox for making decisions in organizations. The research covers decision making models, culture, gender, reward systems, leadership, ethics testing, organizational behavior, and moral psychology.
