Abstract/Summary:
This project was prompted by the rise of unethical decisions made in corporate America in the 21st century. The research on ethics decisions begins with a literature review and concludes with ethical toolbox for making decisions in organizations. The research covers decision making models, culture, gender, reward systems, leadership, ethics testing, organizational behavior, and moral psychology. The findings show that ethical choices and knowledge are prerequisites to preventing corporate scandals.Keywords: decisions, ethics, morals, organizations.
