| The following study examined the relationship between the level of locus control and the level of social support of parents with children with autism. Specifically, the study investigated whether the locus of control and the level of social support differ for parents of children with autism who are in early elementary classrooms and middle school classrooms. The study took place at a private school for individuals with autism. Participants were parents of individuals with autism, which included a sample size of 17, 15 females and 2 males. The participants completed three questionnaires, a demographics questionnaire, Parental Locus of Control questionnaire, and the Family Social Support. There were no significant results. |
