On the basic of the 1:200000 stream sediments geochemical data in the south Tibetan region,this paper using the application of traditional method(statistical methods),fractal content-area method and sub zone lining value accumulation method to research and compare the single element anomalies in this area.By comparative study of the single element anomalies,Mainly achieved understanding as follows:Processing the date with the traditional methods to compare framed high value anomaly are simple and rapid.Using this methods we can get to know that Zangnan porphyry copper deposit show good composite,meanwhile,we can delineate anomalies which show spatial associations with mineralization in the Zangnan,8 out of 10 Au deposits on the base of the Au element low anomaly threshold of 6 ppb,anomaly area accounts for 4.3%of the total area,but failed to Bangbu?Sheli Au deposits;The traditional methods can get the tagged anomaly area which determined by 4 ppm,the lower limit of Sb element,contains 12 of 14 Sb deposits and the abnormal area accounted for 8.3%of total area,but failed to marking out the Xiangdala and Baijia area Sb deposits;A single linemost identified anomaly threshold of 3.98 ppm for Sb element that 12 out of 14 Sb deposits,anomaly area accounts for 7.4%of the total area;Area line value accumulation method through the partition processing.The anomaly area framed by the 0.3 contrast values of Au element which take in research in the all the Au deposit area of the study area,abnormal area accounted for 6.9%compare with the total area.This result come out that the original Au "weak" anomaly area west(west of 90°),change to strength enhancement,the"weak" related to mineralization anomalies change to more highlights,such as the anomaly Bangbu and Sheli.Dealing with the area line value accumulation method the anomaly area and strength were significantly improved.By the method of factor score framed Au-As,Sb-Ag-Pb-Zn combination,and application of the sub-area line delineated by metallogenic type value accumulation of Au-As,Sb-Ag-Pb-Zn composite anomalies are similar,but the latter strengthens the closely associated with porphyry copper metallogenic system of abnormal(such as Ha weng copper anomaly "from nonexistence to pass into existence"),at the same time weakening those who has nothing to do with the ore geochemical anomalies.Complexity "elements" of anomalies can more intuitive than the traditional methods of display elements in the study area in the regional characteristics of the complex.Zhaxikang and Xiaba in the study area show the highest degree in complex element,especially the Zhaxikang display a variety of enrichment of ore-forming elements and reveal the strongest mineralization,the most favourable metallogenic conditions and the most promising for large and superlarge deposits,Zhaxikang ore-prospecting practice has proved that.In addition,Jiangzi,Cuomei Hongqi mineralization intensity followed,with larger to find the potential of low temperature liquid deposit.On the basic of the analysis in the regional geological,geochemical environment,the characteristics of geophysical and the remote sensing,this article use the single element anomalies,combination of elements anomalies and complexity "elements",we delineated the 5 metallogenic prospect areas.According to the main ore deposit types and minerals,we can optimize 31 prospecting target area,Including 12 prospecting target area which belong to the level ?,10 prospecting target area are level ? and 19 are lever ?.On this basis,we test the Xiaba,Cuguo and Liemai,and achieved good results.
