Study On Government Behavior In Tourism Resources Development In Huangmei County

With the rapid development of economy,tourism has become a way of life for people.As the birthplace of zen culture and Huangmei opera,with unique natural and cultural tourism resources,tourism is the most promising industry in huangmei county.It is a critical path for huangmei to realize its transformation of the economy by singing the zen culture brand,constructing the whole region tourism patterns,and actively striving for the strong tourism county.Presently,the tourism resource development in huangmei is in a stage of rapid development,gaining huge success,and also revealing a few public management problems.So through deep study of tourism resources in huangmei,this thesis will raise concerns and put forward relative countermeasures from the author ’ s limit personal experience.Therefore,this paper will use the concept of public management to research and guide the tourism resource development,which will have great theoretical value and practical significance.This thesis takes Huangmei county,Hubei province as the research object,combining theoretical research with the practical situation of Huangmei.And the thesis adopts the questionnaire survey method,case analysis,literature research,SWOT analysis,the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as methodology,which bases on literature analysis and practice analysis,to card the choroid of research.And then case study on the act of government in Huangmei tourism resource development by the empirical,the thesis will put forward suggestions to optimize the government’s behavior.This thesis has presented government should further exploit tourism resource,fully utilize the advantages of culture brand,form the core tourism image.Through the overall developing plan,the government can develop tourism resources in the public domain by enhancing infrastructure construction,perfecting mechanism of management system and other direct steps.Thus,all of these steps may prompt effective integration of tourism resources in Huangmei,promote the competitiveness of tourism,fully utilize the advantages of tourism,achieve a new leap forward,and impel Huangmei economic growth and overall strength enhance.
