In the context of the improvement of people's living standards and people's pursuit of a better life,health tourism has become an important industry.The promotion of all-area tourism has led to the rapid development of local economy and put forward new requirements for tourist destinations.The southwest border area is one of the most concentrated distribution and the deepest cultural deposits in the minority areas of our country.The ethic groups of the border area have unique connotation of catering culture.After the "One Belt And One Road" initiative was put forward,the southwest border area has further become the land frontier gateway for China to open to South and Southeast Asia.In order to promote the redevelopment of tourism in the border ethnic minority areas and the poverty alleviation in the border areas,it is necessary to excavate and develop the local catering culture tourism resources.Based on the theories of tourism man-land relationship and theory of sustainable development,this paper analyzes the environment,composition and development status of ethnic catering culture tourism in Mengla County by means of literature method and field research method.And analyzes the main existing problems include catering culture foundation facilities scattered distribution,insufficient cultural experience,catering market management is not standard,to improve service level,the lack of system development,the industrial integration is not strong,lack of brand consciousness,lack of innovation consciousness,not distinct feature,lack of consciousness of ecological sustainable ect,then in order to the problem the guidance,it is based on the principles of sustainable development,paying equal attention to protection and development,and innovative development,in view of Mengla County,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the participation and interest of ethnic catering culture tourism resources,improve the urban style and improve the construction of basic supporting facilities,constantly innovate and popularize marketing methods by using Internet thinking,promote the standardization of catering service to build brand effect,and constantly excavate the connotation of ethnic catering culture.Then,five catering cultural resource routes will be developed,including Nanla River ethnic catering cultural block,Yiwu town Pu 'er tea culture rural tourism,mysterious Kemu people catering cultural tour,border port cities ethnic catering and exotic flavor experience tour,and key scenic spots catering cultural tourism resource integration and image reconstruction.The purpose of this paper is to guide the development and image enhancement of other border areas or ethnic catering culture through the development of ethnic catering culture tourism resources in La County.Promoting the benign development of tourism in the development zone and boost economic growth.
