Compilation And Issue Of Anqiu Geospatial Information Platform Electronic Map For Public Service

With the rapid development of technology and network,electronic map has been gradually extended to many fields such as tourism,culture,transportation,education,etc.,and its application has been increasingly extensive and playing an increasingly important role.In order to promote the wide application of digital anqiu geographic information public service platform and further improve the informatization and digitization level of all departments and units,an electronic map within anqiu city was constructed under the background of carrying out the related work of basic surveying and mapping renewal in anqiu city.The main content of this thesis is to introduce the basic knowledge of the electronic map,the data organization of the electronic map,the research on the making and publishing of the electronic map and the establishment of anqiu government affairs open and convenient service system.First of all,the electronic map is made.It is necessary to collect the basic data of the electronic map with strong current energy.It is based on the theoretical basis of the database.The data includes basic geographical data,geographical entity data,geographical name and address database,DOM data,etc.,and technical requirements are put forward for each part of the content.Materialized the basic geographic data on the platform,added the materialized geographical name and address database,superlaid DOM data,and made cartographic synthesis(selection,displacement,generalization and simplification)to complete the data preparation of the electronic map.Then,based on the Arcgis platform and on the theoretical basis of electronic map visualization,a symbol library meeting the requirements of the public service platform was made,and various elements were symbolized and set in the visible range,designed in color,and annotated according to the standard.Arcgis server software and tile technology are used to realize the sharing of electronic map.Finally,the construction of anqiu city's electronic map system is completed,and the key technologies adopted mainly include the secondary development technology of Arcgis.It meets the need to serve the public and enables all people to experience and benefit from the development of science and technology.
