Tropical rain forest is a kind of forest ecosystem which is common near the equator.It has a hot climate and abundant rainfall all year round.It is one of the most precious resources on the earth.The tropical rainforest has the functions of regulating climate,preventing soil erosion,purifying air and ensuring the orderly circulation of material in the earth's biosphere.China's tropical rainforests are mainly distributed in Yunnan Province and Hainan Province,with high biodiversity.They are a huge treasure house for the survival and development of the whole country.The continuous development of economy and society has accelerated the development and utilization of tropical rainforest.Hot spring water resources are one of the most precious resources in the tropical rainforest area.Reasonable development and utilization is the necessary condition for the sustainable development of the tropical rainforest area.In this paper,the tropical rainforest area of Baoting County,Hainan Province is selected as the research area to sort out and analyze the hot spring water supply data of commercial buildings in this area from 2012 to 2018,to reasonably fill in the missing value,and to reasonably predict the hot spring water resources in 2025 in the planning level year,so as to establish a reasonable and optimal allocation model of hot spring water resources in the tropical rainforest area.The main research is as follows:(1)According to the current situation of hot spring water resources development and utilization in the tropical rainforest area of China,the necessity of this study is expounded.Based on the hot spring water supply data from 2012 to 2018 in Baoting County,Hainan Province,this paper analyzes the history and future development of hot spring water users in Baoting County,collects and sorts out the situation of hot spring water resources and supply and demand over the years,and puts forward the main problems existing in the development and utilization of hot spring water resources in the tropical rainforest area of Baoting county.(2)In view of all kinds of missing data in hot spring water supply data,an algorithm based on the combination of k nearest neighbor value and expectation maximization is proposed to fill the missing value in the basic data,which can improve the data filling accuracy while retaining the original data characteristics.In order to verify the effectiveness of the filling algorithm,some data in the national open data set are selected for filling in the case of small-scale missing.The results show that the filling data conforms to the global and local change distribution of the data set.At the same time,in order to verify the advantages of the filling algorithm,NRMSE,MAE and outlier are used as evaluation indicators to respectively evaluate the k nearest neighbor algorithm,expectation maximization algorithm and K-MAX algorithm The results show that the k nearest neighbor expectation maximization algorithm has better filling precision and effect than the other two algorithms.(3)Through basic data analysis,related literature analysis and statistical yearbook analysis,8 influencing factors of basic data are extracted.Independent component analysis is used to reduce the dimension of data,and 4 key influencing factors are extracted.Then genetic algorithm is improved by using the key influencing factors to predict the hot spring water consumption of users in the planning level year.Using EVs,score and SMAP as evaluation indexes,the results show that the EVS value increases to 0.763,the score value increases from 0.493 to 0.724,the SMAP decreases from 0.061 to 0.045,the prediction accuracy increases nearly twice,and the convergence speed and stability of the algorithm are also improved.(4)Combined with the predicted amount of hot spring water resources and the relevant policies and development planning of Baoting County,a multi-objective and multi-user regional water resources optimal allocation model is constructed.The economic and social benefits are considered as objective functions,and the total amount of water resources,predicted water demand,water delivery capacity and non-negative constraints of variables are considered as constraints.The model is solved by artificial immune algorithm.The optimal allocation plan of hot spring water resources in the future.The results of optimal allocation of hot spring water resources show that: in 2025,under the government's adjustment of hot spring water pricing policy and the flexible flow of water resources among users,the supply and demand of hot spring water resources in Baoting county will be alleviated,and the water shortage of each user will be significantly reduced.(5)In view of the problems existing in the development and utilization of hot spring water resources in the tropical rainforest area of Baoting County,based on the optimal allocation scheme of hot spring water resources in the planning level year,the countermeasures and suggestions for the rational development of hot spring water resources in the tropical rainforest area of Baoting county are put forward.The above research results provide decision-making basis for the rational development and utilization of hot spring water resources in the tropical rainforest region,provide key technical support for the hot spring water resources management in Baoting County,and also provide effective reference for the optimal allocation of water resources in other regions with obvious seasonal water demand.
