Seawater desalination is an important way to effectively alleviate the current global water crisis.Electrostatically atomized solar seawater desalination technology uses solar energy as a heat source,and has strong adaptability to the environment.It also uses electrostatic atomization technology to rapidly expand the surface area of seawater per unit volume,reduce the particle size of atomized seawater particles,and improve heat transfer efficiency and evaporation efficiency.In this paper,by analyzing the motion mechanics of droplets in the coupling field,the control technology of deposition area is realized,which makes the atomized seawater particles move to the effective heat collection area of the solar energy heat collector and improves the efficiency of seawater evaporation.Based on the research results,the independent design of the solar electrostatic atomization seawater desalination system is completed.In this paper,a numerical simulation method is used to build a droplet movement deposition model.Through simulation and experiment comparison,the effects and changes of different atomization parameters on the deposition area control under experimental and simulation verification are studied.The main research contents include:(1)Based on the study of the charged mechanism of atomized droplets and the mechanical model of charged droplets,the droplet motion equation was established,and the variation law of the droplet deposition area was obtained with the different electric field force,direction and droplet velocity.(2)A droplet movement deposition model was established using numerical simulation analysis methods,and the distribution characteristics of droplet deposition areas under different atomization parameters were obtained.(3)Experimental research was carried out on the characteristics of droplet deposition area under different atomization parameters,and the droplet particle size distribution rules under different parameters were analyzed by the droplet particle size recognition algorithm,The effects of the control of deposition area and droplet size on the evaporation rate of electrostatic atomization seawater desalination under different atomization electrode structure,different voltage and different liquid velocity were obtained.Based on the research results of the control of the charged droplet deposition area and the optimization design of the electrostatically atomized seawater desalination and evaporation system,the design of a new type of electrostatically atomized seawater desalination device was completed,and the system evaporation rate of different atomization characteristics parameters was experimentally tested.It is verified that the theoretical simulation and experiment are in good agreement.
