Multi-objective and multi-decision problems still have some problems in the decision-making process with the uncertainty of information.In order to solve such problems,This paper introduces trigonometric functions into FAHP,And the new FAHP which embody Triangular Fuzzy Number can determine the weight of index.At the same time,the Double branch of Fuzzy Set Pair model is used to divide the factors with the hierarchy of Model.And the Model is combined with the fuzzy similarity relationship theory to determine a new relative priority matrix construction method;finally combined with FAHP and D-SPA,D-SPA-FAHP is obtained Comprehensive evaluation model,and take the economic benefit evaluation of industrial enterprises in the western region as an example to calculate its comprehensive ranking.First of all,when determining the economic benefit index system of industrial enterprises innovatively consider the impact of environmental benefits;and refine the four levels of profitability,debt repayment ability,social contribution ability and environmental impact ability,and finally determine four secondary indicators and 13 three-level indicators.Secondly,combining FAHP with SPA after a brief introduction of FAHP and SPA theory determined a Double branch Fuzzy Set Pair Analysis model,namely D-SPA-FAHP model.When constructing the model,we need exclude the influence of subjective factors on the logarithmic domain,And use FAHP with triangular fuzzy numbers to determine the index weights;Use FAHP with triangular fuzzy numbers to determine index weights and use fuzzy similarity relationship to determine the connection degree of each sub-decision Establish the relative superiority degree matrix with the relationship between the standard sub-decisions;finally use the weighted distance to express the relationship between each sub-decision and the pros and cons,and simplify the model to get the final D-SPA-FAHP model.Finally,Use the concept of triangular fuzzy numbers to determine the triangular fuzzy numbers of various indicators at different levels,combine with FAHP to determine the weight of the lower indicators and use the relevant data collected by "China Statistical Yearbook" to determine the connection coefficient of each sub-decision and standard sub-decision under each index,Through the D-SPA-FAHP model to establish an evaluation system,get the final comprehensive ranking of economic benefits of industrial enterprises in the western region,and put forward corresponding decisions and recommendations.At the same time,it is compared with AHP and FAHP to determine the feasibility and adaptability of the model.
