At present,the automobile manufacturing industry is in the stage of technological innovation,and the fluctuation of customer demand is large,which causes problems such as overcapacity or unscheduled supply.This shows that the traditional demand forecasting model can no longer meet the strategic goals of enterprise excellence.In addition,the drastic change in the number of product requirements makes the original scheduling scheme of the workshop not suitable for the actual production of the enterprise.Therefore,enterprises must find ways to improve the accuracy of product demand forecasting and arrange shop scheduling reasonably to control inventory and production costs.This article is based on the actual operation of the production workshop of company D.Firstly,the two models of ARIMA model and LSTM are used to predict the total demand of all products of the company.The forecast results are compared and analyzed.Then,the model with the smallest error is selected for the follow-up prediction.Finally,consider the scheduling problem that only one type of product is fixed in a production line even if the product types are similar in the company's production workshop.Equipment with similar production performance is merged to balance the production cycle of several types of products with large differences in demand.A multi-objective mathematical programming is constructed,and a two-layer genetic algorithm is used to optimize the solution of each work piece to select equipment.Based on this,combined with the planned production quantity of each product,a final scheduling plan with a small number of overtimes is designed,thereby alleviating the situation of overtime production of Company D,while also increasing the utilization rate of certain equipment to a certain extent and reducing production costs.In terms of improving the accuracy of demand forecasting and the rationalization of the workshop scheduling scheme,the research in this article provides a certain reference for company D,and at the same time lays a theoretical foundation for the company to reduce inventory and production costs,balance equipment utilization,and improve customer satisfaction.
