In recent years, with the development of the digital economy represented by cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.,data elements have played an important role in promoting the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy as a "key element",helping High-quality development. The industry convergence of the digital economy and the manufacturing industry has also promoted the upgrading of the manufacturing industry and the development of emerging industries.Under the current background of technological innovation driving the development of high-end manufacturing, the impact of the digital economy on high-end manufacturing has become the focus of academia and industry.First,This paper sorts out the domestic and foreign research literature on the four aspects of the digital economy,high-end manufacturing, trade networks and status, and the impact of the digital economy on manufacturing, and analyzes the internal connection between the development of the digital economy and the manufacturing industry from the perspective of industrial integration. On this basis, this paper analyzes how the digital economy promotes the promotion of high-end manufacturing trade status and puts forward research hypotheses.Secondly, this paper builds the digital economic evaluation index system covering information infrastructure and information technology outward competitiveness, and uses factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to quantitatively evaluate the development level of "One Belt and One Road" digital economy. Then, this paper selects four indicators from the perspective of social networks: betweenness centrality/closeness centrality/structural holes/degree centrality, and uses TOPSIS multi-attribute decision-making method to measure the trade status of countries in "One Belt and One Road" high-end manufacturing trade network.Next, this paper builds a panel model based on the research hypothesis proposed above, and analyzes the impact of "One Belt and One Road" digital economy on the high-end manufacturing trade status. And finally,on the basis of summarizing the previous research conclusions, this paper proposes relevant countermeasures to promote the development of "One Belt and One Road" digitaleconomy and enhance the high-end manufacturing trade status. The results show that: Firstly,in the process of advancing "One Belt and One Road" digital economy, the conditions necessary for the development of the digital economy vary greatly among regions and countries, and have severe imbalance. And there are also obvious differences between countries in the same region. The reason is that the shortcomings of information infrastructure and the innovation incentive mechanism of a country will affect the development of a country's digital economy.Secondly,From 2010 to 2018,"One Belt and One Road" high-end manufacturing trade network is becoming more and more complex, and has more and more core nodes, and trade links are getting closer and closer. The calculation result of trade status shows: India,Russia,Singapore,New Zealand,UAE,Hungary,China,Slovenia,Bulgaria and other countries occupy a core position in the trade network, betweenness centrality and closeness centrality and degree centrality are relatively high, and the degree of structural holes is low. This shows that these countries are located in the center of the trade network, and the scale of trade is relatively large. These countries have a high ability to control the trade flow of high-end manufacturing, have strong trade relevance with other countries, and have high direct communication capabilities in the trade network;the obstacles and constraints in the trade network are relatively small.Thirdly, both static and dynamic panel results show that a country's digital economy development level has a significant impact on the high-end manufacturing trade status, and the informatization infrastructure factor has a more significant impact on the high-end manufacturing trade position than the information technology outward competitiveness factor. In addition,in the static panel, the effect of openness on high-end manufacturing trade status is significantly positive, and the effect of GDP per capita is significantly negative, and the effect of labor level is not significant. In the dynamic panel, only the effect of labor level is significantly positive.
