Research On The Deepening Development Path Of Fujian's Marine Economy Under The Background Of "one Belt And One Road"

After the 21st century,countries attach great importance to the development of marine resources and promote the development of marine economy towards a new growth point of national economy.Deepening the coordinated development of Marine Economy and Land Economy,deepeningthe development of marine economic cooperation,Studying the theoretical mechanism of the deep development of marine economy in Fujian Province is of great significance to enrich and deepen the theoretical system of marine economy,to promote the high-quality development of marine economy in Fujian,to build the "Maritime Silk Road Core Area" in Fujian and to build a powerful marine country.At present,the development of marine resources has entered a period of efficient development and application.Economic development is affected of factors such as the increasing shortage of land resources,,social demand is increasing instead of decreasing,and the continuous deterioration of ecological environment.It will inevitably move towards the mode of coordinated development of Marine Economy and Land Economy.A New Breakthrough to Realize Marine Economic Development,under the background of "one belt and one road" initiative,in the new era of reform and opening up,Land-sea rebalancing is a strategic need for deepening the development of marine economic cooperation in the new era.In the face of new opportunities and challenges,it is particularly necessary and urgent to study the theory and practice of promoting the deepening development of marine economy.Based on the strategic background of "one belt and one road",the paper integrates the theories of industrial economy,spatial economics,regional economy and marine economy,and adopts the research methods of inductive and deductive reasoning,theoretical and empirical research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and along the way of theoretical interpretation,realistic analysis and evaluation,path selection.The core research contents of this paper include the following three parts:The first part,combing the research progress of marine economy at home and abroad,explaining the theoretical framework of the deepening development of marine economy in Fujian.Literature review and review on the relationship between the marine economy and the development of the marine economy at home and abroad are reviewed.It is found that there is less research on the analysis of the basis,conditions and theoretical framework of Fujian's deepening marine economic development,the evaluation model of Fujian's marine economic development is put forward.At the same time,the evaluation model of Fujian's integrated development of land and sea is put forward.Through the comparative evaluation and analysis of the two models,it is concluded that after 2010,the marine and land economy is gradually developing in a coordinated manner,and the marine economy needs deep adjustment.The third part,based on the results of theoretical interpretation and empirical research,puts forward the systematic way of deepening the development of Fujian's marine economy: integrating into the "one belt and one road",deepening the cooperative development of marine economy and deepening the coordinated development of land and marine economy.It also puts forward some policy suggestions on improving the strategic spatial distribution of marine economy and promoting the quality and efficiency of marine economy,developing the economy of the ocean bay area and promoting the development of open economy,promoting the internationalization of the marine trade environment and expanding the comparative advantages of the international market,exploring the construction of free trade port to accelerating the agglomeration of high-end elements,integrating upgrading and development of the marine economy and enhance our international competitiveness,we will help the marine economy develop towards a comprehensive,sustainable and high-quality marine economy with the help of the "one belt and one road" economic development.Thirdly,it studies and puts forward the systematic path and policy suggestions for the further development of marine economy in Fujian Province.It is pointed out that the deepened development of Fujian's marine economy should be integrated into the "one belt and one road",the deepened cooperation and development of marine economy and the deepening of the coordinated development of land and sea.The policy proposal is to improve the spatial layout of the marine economic strategy,develop the marine Bay area
