Research On Comprehensive Evaluation And Efficiency Measurement Of China's Agricultural Green Development

Promoting agricultural green development is a profound revolution in the concept of agricultural development.In implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation,we must consistently adhere to green development.This is the key to determining whether we can successfully walk out of the road of socialist rural rejuvenation with Chinese characteristics.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the new task of accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system and building a beautiful China.The concept of green development must be integrated into the development of various industries.Agriculture is an important strategic pillar industry in China,and farmers are the population of our country.As an important component,the rural area is an important carrier of agricultural production and peasant life.Therefore,the level of agricultural green development is an important reflection of China's ecological civilization construction in the new era.Agricultural green development is the key to achieving sustainable development and rural rejuvenation.So,what is the level of agricultural green development in China in recent years? Are there regional differences? Under the different input factors in different regions,what is the output efficiency of green agricultural development? It is worth studying in depth.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background purpose of the research and some theoretical foundations;the second part is to build an indicator system;the third part is to measure the level and analysis of agricultural green development in various regions;the fourth part is to measure Efficiency and analysis of agricultural development in various regions;the fifth part is the summary and prospect of this article.This article is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction,which mainly introduces the background purpose of the research and some theoretical foundations;the second part is to build an indicator system;the third part is to measure the level and analysis of agricultural green development in various regions;the fourth part is to measure Efficiency and analysis of agricultural development in various regions;the fifth part is the summary and prospect of this article.is to construct an evaluation index system for the green development level of agriculture,use the index characteristics to modify the comprehensive evaluation method of G2 weighting and the DEA method based on the VRS model to measure the agricultural green development level of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2016.And agricultural green development efficiency,the following conclusions are obtained: 1.The overall level of agricultural green development in various provinces and municipalities is generally low;there are obvious regional differences in space: the northeast and southeast coastal areas and other places have relatively high levels of development,and the northwest and central areas have green agricultural development The level is relatively low;the level of agricultural green development in various regions has shown an upward trend over time.The eastern region has been accelerating in recent years,and the development of the northeast is relatively slow.2.The overall efficiency of agricultural green development in various provinces and cities has been increasing year by year.The scale efficiency in western and central regions is higher than technical efficiency.Green agricultural development still requires large-scale investment to advance the process of agricultural modernization;Beijing,Tianjin,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,etc.Regional scale efficiency is gradually dying,and pure technology efficiency has increased significantly.The innovation and characteristics of this article: First,from the analysis of the four factors that affect the economic benefits of agricultural green development,resource utilization,scientific and technological potential,and ecological optimization,an objective and measurable agricultural green development evaluation index system is constructed,which facilitates the evaluation level of various regions Comparative analysis.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation method of G2 empowerment is modified through the characteristics of indicators,which integrates subjective and objective information to make the evaluation results more authentic and credible.Third,the variable scale reward model in the efficiency measurement is used to measure the efficiency of agricultural development,and an empirical analysis is made using 31 provinces and cities in the country as an example.
