Discussion On New Layer Verification Technology For Basic Monitoring Of Urban Geographic Conditions

In order to fully grasp the present situation and spatial distribution of urban natural and human geographical elements,to find out the background of geographical conditions,to accurately grasp the market power of urban conditions,to scientifically reveal the intrinsic relationship between natural and human elements such as resources,ecology,environment,population,economy and society in geographical space,and to accurately grasp and scientifically analyze the carrying capacity and development of resources and environment.Potential to provide the public base and service guarantee for the formulation of major urban strategies and plans,macro-policy research,spatial layout management,natural resource capitalization,disaster warning,industry survey and statistics,and comprehensively improve the service ability of geographic information to the government,enterprises and the public.Jinan launched the first national survey and continuous monitoring of urban geography,and built a multi-type,high-precision,full coverage database of geographical conditions.This paper studies the objectives,principles,contents and requirements,technical methods and workflow of the field investigation and verification of individual housing construction and corporate units,which are the main contents of the monitoring of urban geographic conditions;discusses the problems and solutions in the data production process;and takes the monitoring of urban geographic conditions in Jinan as an example,carries out the following work:(1)This paper analyzed the research background of Jinan’s urban geographic condition monitoring,and summarized the status quo,research purpose and significance of domestic and foreign geographic condition monitoring.(2)The theoretical system,technical route,data organization and preliminary data preparation of Jinan’s urban geographic condition monitoring are analyzed,and the content indicators of urban geographic condition are summarized,which are integrated with the local characteristics of Jinan.(3)Based on "JNSQJC 04-2018 Jinan City Geographic National Conditions Monitoring Contents and Indicators" and "JNSQJC 01-2018 Jinan City Geographic National Conditions Monitoring Implementation Plan",this paper takes Jinan City as an example to analyze the scope of urban geographic national conditions monitoring,and summarizes the working methods of individual housing construction and corporate unit layers.(4)Base on the problems that are easy to occur in the production process of new layer,study the corrective measures,put an end to bringing similar problems to the follow-up production,and lay the work and technical foundation for better completing the monitoring work of urban geography and national conditions.
