With the rapid development of urban construction,the unreasonable development and utilization of water resources and the aggravation of the contradiction between supply and demand have become important bottlenecks restricting economic and social development.Rizhao is one of the regions with abundant precipitation resources in Shandong Province.However,due to the small area and insufficient water resources,the basic situation of Rizhao is in the resource water shortage.In addition,the spatial-temporal distribution of water resources is seriously uneven,so the regional and seasonal water shortage is very prominent.Taking engineering measures is an effective way to solve the problem of water resources shortage in rizhao's main urban area.Among them,the research on water resources demonstration and influence of construction projects is of great significance in the stage of engineering planning and design,providing reliable basis for rational development and optimal allocation of water resources,supervision and management of water resources,industrial structure of water demand and other aspects.In this paper,the Rizhao along the Futuan river-xiamen pipeline project as the research object,carried out the construction of the project from the Rizhao Reservoir water resources impact study,the study area covers all the administrative areas of Rizhao,the range of water source is Rizhao Reservoir,qingfengling reservoir,Shiyang Reservoir,Qiaoshan reservoir and Futuan river basin.According to the guidelines for the construction project of water impact study(GB/T 35580-2017)and the specific requirements of Lu water word[2010]No.19?about strengthening the construction of water-saving facilities and the notice of the"three simultaneity"?,this paper demonstrates and evaluates the industrial water supply pipeline project at Rizhao City along Futuan River-Xiamen Road,from the aspects of reasonableness of water intake,water intake,water quality,and influence of water withdrawal.mainly including:the status quo and planning in water were evaluated and predicted,and in accordance with the relevant national laws and regulations of planning in the city's water consumption is analyzed the rationality of water;The rationality and feasibility of the water source are analyzed by evaluating and calculating the available water quantity and water quality of the water source.The influence of water intake on the study area was analyzed through the development and utilization of water resources in Rizhao city and the water consumption in the downstream ecological river course.The influence of waste water treatment process on water withdrawal of users in the water supply area was studied and demonstrated.Through the above research and analysis,the results show that:Rizhao City along Fu Tuan River-Xiamen Road Industrial Water Supply pipeline engineering construction project(1)Water consumption of each user in the water supply area is basically reasonable;(2)The water intake scheme of the project is reasonable and the water source is reliable;(3)In terms of the water withdrawal scheme and feasibility of the project,the construction project has little impact on the water functional area and the third party;(4)Suggestions and Suggestions are put forward for water resource conservation,protection and management in Rizhao in the future.After the implementation of this project,on the one hand,it can ensure the safety of regional drinking water,which is beneficial to the improvement of urban and rural areas and enterprises' water supply guarantee in Rizhao.On the other hand,it can protect regional groundwater environment,improve ecology and support the sustainable development of regional economy and society.In this paper,some innovations have been made in the calculation method of water transfer.considering that the processes of water supply and loss in the basin of each reservoir and the regulation performance of the reservoir itself are different,In order to determine the maximum water supply capacity of the water diversion hub in the urban area,the reservoir involved in the intake water source of the project is adjusted and adjusted across the river basin for the purpose of determining the maximum water supply capacity of the water diversion hub.The reservoir group is a hybrid reservoir group,in which Shagou reservoir and Qingfengling reservoir are in series,Shimuzi reservoir and Shiyang reservoir are in series,Qingfengling reservoir and Shiyang reservoir are in parallel.The water volume of the reservoir converges with the runoff and then enters Rizhao Reservoir,and finally supplies water to Rizhao City through Rizhao Reservoir.Complex reservoir system.
