Parking space sharing can promote the effective use of parking resources and alleviate the social problem of "difficult parking",which has been practiced at home and abroad.Existing related research mainly focuses on sharing demand forecasting and parking selection behavior;in terms of private parking space sharing,it also focuses on the feasibility and open rules of private parking space sharing from the perspective of the demand side.Although there are a few literatures that start to deal with the supply of shared parking spaces, the discussion on the willingness of parking space owners to share is not comprehensive enough, and there is a lack of research on the decision to provide parking spaces for sharing. In this context, this dissertation explores the influencing factors of private parking space owners' willingness to share, and further analyzes their sharing decision-making,which not only expands the existing research fields, but also helps the government and other management parties to take targeted measures to promote sharing The supply of parking spaces.First of all, following the idea of empirical research, based on the existing literature, hypotheses are proposed and structural equation models are constructed.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is found that the perceived benefits, perceived risks, contributing factors and perceived emotions have significant effects on the willingness of private car space owners to provide parking space sharing. Then,it further studies how private car owners' willingness to share turns into decision making. This dissertation establishes an evolutionary game model between managers and private car space owners, analyzes how the above factors work together to promote the private car space owners to make the decision to provide parking space sharing, and discusses the dynamic evolution process and stability strategy of the incomplete rational decision. It is found that the decision of private car owners to provide parking spaces will be affected if the management provides subsidies. But if the subsidy is insufficient or the perceived risk of the parking space owner is too high, the decision will evolve in the direction of not offering sharing. Finally, according to the influencing factors of sharing intention and the evolution process of decision-making,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote private car space owners to provide parking space sharing.
