In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in China has grown rapidly, and the problem of parking difficulties has become increasingly prominent. At present, there is a huge gap in the parking facilities in large cities in China, and the supply and demand are seriously unbalanced. It is difficult to solve the problem fundamentally by building or expanding parking lots or other methods because of the scarcity of land resources and other reasons. In this context, the shared parking mode came into being.Shared parking refers to the use of different parking modes of residential areas, commercial buildings, office buildings and other parking spaces to achieve peak parking,to improve the overall utilization of parking resources,to achieve the mode of parking berth sharing. The shared parking mode is a secondary allocation of time and space resources by parking operators using parking data and features to berths. It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving the utilization of social resources and alleviating the difficulty of parking. This paper studies the decision of parking space allocation in the context of shared parking lot.Different from the traditional parking space allocation problem,in the context of shared parking lot, this article stands in the perspective of a third-party parking lot management company, with the smart parking platform as the connection, purchases the parking space from the berth provider(owner)and sells it to the berth demander(user),reasonably makes the berth allocation decision, and finally maximizes its own interests.According to the two principles of parking lot operation(the principle of reservation information and the principle of first come first served)and two methods of berth management(fixed berth mode with parking space and license plate number one-to-one correspondence and random berth mode with the whole berths of the parking lot are consistent),this paper proposes four parking scenarios with different shared parking management modes, and establishes a berth allocation decision model for different scenarios in light of the reality. The global optimization method is adopted for the model of the reservation information principle, and the first-come-first-service model is based on real-time decision making. In addition to the purchase cost of the parking space and the sales revenue, the model also considers the penalty cost of refusing parking requests. The ultimate goal is to maximize the total revenue of the parking management company. This paper incorporates the idea of revenue management, and carries out model analysis from different angles such as user grading, parking space overbooking, monthly card overbooking and ladder charging, thereby expanding the parking lot operation management method, improving the utilization rate of parking resources and obtaining higher profits. At the same time, the evaluation index system was established, and the model was numerically tested in combination with the actual parking lot operation data.Based on a large number of numerical experiments, this paper analyzes a typical model in detail, and analyzes each revenue management model separately.Previous studies by scholars have not yet studied the management level of smart parking platforms. Finally, this paper compares the performance of the models in different scenarios, and draws the applicability and regular conclusions of each model, and then makes recommendations on the operation of the parking lot management company.
