| With the increasing maturity of the domestic automobile market,domestic consumers attach increasing importance to automobile safety.A few cars with better safety performance are favored by more and more consumers because they can effectively prevent and protect the life safety of passengers in the car before and during accidents.However,a large number of existing automobile products,such as interior design and functional Settings,have unreasonable designs that may cause discomfort and distract drivers’ attention,which not only affects driving experience,but more importantly,may affect driving safety.As the global automobile industry is at the critical point where new energy can replace traditional energy,the driving structure of new energy vehicles and traditional energy vehicles are fundamentally different,so the interior environment design of new energy vehicles has more human-car interaction experience and driving safety than the latter.Aiming at improving driving quality and ensuring driving safety,this paper analyzes the problems and improvement space of existing products through theoretical analysis,user research,data analysis and feasibility analysis in Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 based on the principle of ergonomics.Through the third and fourth chapter to seek innovative solutions to problems;Based on ergonomic research on the application of electric vehicle steering wheel safety and vehicle system innovation,a set of practical cases of innovative design of electric vehicle steering wheel and vehicle engine system aiming at pure electric vehicles can not only meet the aesthetic requirements but also solve the driving safety defects of existing products are designed in Chapter 5. |
