Information system technology in the ocean plays an important role in the Maritime War.Underwater vehicles have been playing an irreplaceable role in protecting China’s maritime rights and interests.They have good acoustic stealth performance,which can give full play to the advantages of high concealment and improve deterrence.The measurement of radiated noise is an effective way to measure the acoustic stealth performance of underwater vehicles.At the same time,it is very important to accurately measure the radiated noise of underwater vehicles because it can not avoid the appearance of radiated noise.Based on the MEMS vector hydrophone developed by North China University,the self-contained hydrophone is designed by integrating the MEMS vector hydrophone,attitude sensor and corresponding signal conditioning,acquisition and storage modules.According to the signal receiving principle of MEMS vector hydrophone,the signal conditioning circuit of MEMS vector hydrophone is optimized,which saves the internal space of the hydrophone,reduces the complexity of the internal circuit of the hydrophone,and improves the performance of MEMS vector hydrophone.The STM32F407 chip and the Cyclone IV E series FPGA chip of Altera company are selected as the main control module of the system.The signal collected by the sensor and the angle information of the angle of the scm-340 recline compensation electronic compass controlled by FPGA are collected by the ad7606 analog-to-digital conversion module controlled by FPGA,At the same time,FATFS file management system is called by USB host of STM32 to control SD card to write and read the signals collected by hydrophone and attitude sensor.The whole system controls the working state and delay acquisition time of the system through the communication between the host computer and STM32.According to the design objectives and technical indicators of the self-contained hydrophone,the design of the system software and hardware is completed.After many tests and experiments,the functions of signal acquisition,storage,delay start and so on are verified,which meet the expected design requirements.It lays a foundation for the further research of the self-contained hydrophone system and provides a platform for the application of MEMS mark quantity integrated hydrophone.
