With the development of modern science and technology,the development of marine resources has gradually become the focus of research in the world.In the exploration of marine environment,turbulent mixing is the power source of deep-sea energy and material transport,and is the key to understand different scale phenomena and energy cascade.Therefore,in order to realize the deep-sea multi profile fine observation,enhance the understanding of ocean phenomena,and realize the transparency of ocean state,process and change,it is urgent to design a new turbulence detection instrument.The vertical turbulence profiler is designed with no cable recovery.When the vertical profiler falls,it carries heavy objects.When it reaches the set value,the heavy objects are thrown and the profiler floats up.Due to the complexity of the marine environment,the collected signals need to be stored in the internal memory first,and then the data is extracted and processed after the recovery;After the profiler floats up,it is in the marine environment,and the naked eye can not search directly,so it needs to locate the profiler,which may not be able to complete the search work in a short time,and it often needs a long time to complete the recovery work.To solve this problem,we designed a data acquisition and recovery system of turbulence profiler.In this system,STM32 is used as the main control chip,and the self-developed MEMS turbulence sensor is used to collect the two-dimensional turbulence data;mti-300 is used as the attitude sensor to collect the underwater attitude information of the profiler;dt-ctd-er CTD is used to collect the ocean depth,conductivity and other information.In order to ensure the long-term search of the profiler in the ocean,it is necessary to provide sufficient power for the recovery system of the profiler.Therefore,this paper designs a composite energy acquisition device,which combines five energy acquisition methods: photoelectric thermoelectric electromagnetic piezoelectric triboelectric,and can effectively collect the environmental energy in the ocean.This kind of composite energy collection device can supply power for the recovery system through the energy management circuit,so that the recovery system can work normally for a long time until the profiler is recovered.After the system is assembled,the debugging of each function module is completed in the laboratory.Then a set of system prototype is assembled,and the prototype system is debugged.Finally,the feasibility of the system scheme is verified,which meets the design requirements of the system.
