Accelerator drive systems(ADS)have been the focus of nuclear physics research in recent years and have been developed in many countries. In the design process of ADS,accurate cross-section data of nuclear reactions, especially those induced by protons and neutrons, are extremely important. These nuclear data are helpful for activation analysis, radiation heating, material loss and other processes. The study and calculation of neutron capture cross sections are helpful to nuclear energy engineering design, nuclear astrophysics research and other basic nuclear physics research, and the results are of great significance for the evaluation of experimental data and theoretical comparison.Based on the experimental data of the inelastic scattering cross section and the elastic scattering angle distribution of n+93Nb,169Tm,185Re and 197Au reactions, the corresponding neutron optical potential parameters within 20 Me V are obtained by APMN program.Using the distorted Born approximation theory and considering the modified Hauser-Feshbach theory, the exciton model and the improved Iwamoto-pick-up mechanism, the reaction cross sections, the elastic scattering angle distribution, the energy spectrum and the gamma multiplier of n+93Nb,169Tm,185Re and 197Au nuclear reactions were calculated using the UNF program. The calculated results are in good agreement with the existing experimental data. The calculated results will play an important role in the design and application of nuclear engineering and the study of nuclear reaction.
