| Cynipidae belongs to Hymenoptera Cynipoidea, which is the only common herbivorous pests in agriculture and forestry. The systematic classification of Cynipidae in Hunan Province and its surrounding areas was carried out for the first time in this paper, which filled the blank of Cynipidae in this area. The classification history and evolution of Cynipidae, the research progress of gall host plants and classification in China are introduced in detail. In this study, the traditional morphological classification method and molecular biology research method are combined to make a comprehensive and systematic taxonomic study on Cynipidae Hartig,1840 distributed in Hunan Province and its surrounding areas, which not only enriches the species diversity level of gall wasps in China, but also provides Cynipidae identification data for forestry workers in our province The main results are as follows:In this study,18 species, seven genera and three families of Cynidae were recorded by morphological identification. They are Cynipini Latreille,1802,Diastrophini Hartig,1840,Synergini Ashmead,1896.There are five species in Andricus Hartig,1840,two species in Dryocosmus Giraud,1859,two species in Plagiotrochus Mayr,1881,one species in Periclistus Forster,1869,three species in Saphonecrus Dalla Torre&Kieffer,1910,three species in Synergus Hartig,1840,two species in Lithosaphonecrus Tang,Melika,et Bozso,2013.Among them, four new species were found:Andricus xifengensis sp.nov.,Plagiotrochus hepingensis sp.nov.,Saphonecrus liuyangensis sp.nov.and Synergus yanlingensis sp.nov..The morphological characteristics, biology and distribution of various ethnic groups, genera and species are described, and the key to 18 species, seven genera and three families is compiled with identification maps. The mitochondrial COI gene sequences of 13 species of insects belonging to seven genera in Cynipidae were obtained by molecular biology.MEGA 7.0 was used to analyze the base composition and genetic distance between species, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by maximum likelihood method and Bayesian method. The results of genetic distance analysis showed that the genetic distance between COI gene sequences ranged from 0.019 to 0.348,and there was a DNA bar code interval, which could be used to identify gall wasp species.Phylogenetic analysis is supported by a high degree of confidence.Except Dryocosmus Giraud,1859 and Plagiotrochus Mayr,1881,the other five genera are monophyly, and the results of traditional morphological classification are highly consistent with the phylogenetic relationship revealed by Acs et al. |
