With the implementation of my country's “Three Deeps and One Soil” strategy,my country's investment in deep geological exploration and deep ore prospecting will increase in the future,and people's demand for deep geological resources will also increase.The limitations of drilling tools and the complexity of the deep geological environment will face a series of difficulties that will hinder my country's march into the deep earth.As the drilling depth continues to deepen,the rock encountered by the drilling tool becomes harder and harder,which in turn leads to a decrease in drilling efficiency and an increase in drilling costs.Therefore,the drilling speed of deep wells needs to be improved urgently,and the rotary percussion drilling tool can effectively solve this problem.By combining the rotary drilling tool and the impactor to complete the drilling work together,the drilling efficiency of the tool can be greatly improved.Although the rotary drilling tool can increase the drilling speed,the service life of the impactor is too low to meet the requirements of the drilling interval,which greatly limits the application effect of the rotary drilling technology,so the development of a new type of impactor is imminent.Through the understanding of the development status of a series of hydraulic impactors at home and abroad,as well as the analysis of the structural principles,working performance,advantages and disadvantages of various existing hydraulic impactors,the goal is to solve the key problem of short life of hydraulic impactors.Designed a new type of hydraulic impactor-dual hydraulic drive rotary valve drilling impactor.This design uses hydraulic oil instead of mud as the working medium for driving the impactor,breaking the previous design concept of using mud as the working medium for driving the impactor.The specific technical route is: using mud to drive the screw motor to rotate,and the screw motor to drive the oil pump to work.Then drive the impactor to work.As the internal circulating medium of the closed cycle,hydraulic oil is in a completely sealed hydraulic system and does not contact with mud,so as to ensure that the rotary valve piston of the impactor works in the oil,which can greatly improve the service life of the impactor.
